Secretarial / Accounting Assistance
Offering Secretarial and Accounting services. Main responsibilities are handling daily LNG orders, invoices and stock using the SAP System. Communicate with customers about new orders and payments. Assist delivery team through Ex-Van sales system. Responsible for communicating with clients and preparing orders. Monitoring the warehouse stock, communicate with suppliers for new orders and handle all logistics. Processing of journal entries to ensure that all business transactions are recorded correctly in the accounting software (PowerSoft). Updating accounts receivable and payable, issuing and posting invoices and performing reconciliation. Review expenses, payroll, and VAT records.
Director’s secretary with additional responsibilities of communicating with clients, handling accounting system (BTMS), accounts, payments and organizing the teaching staff. Keeping client’s confidential information and records based on General Data Protection regulations (GDPR).
